- 1 cup venison flank (cut in strips)
- 2 lettuce cups (iceberg or romaine)
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup broccoli
- Carrot sticks
- Bell pepper sticks
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 green onion
- Fresh cilantro
- Salad oil
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- Black sesame seeds
