ELK

We’re back with another hunting camp inspired meal! We’re cooking elk sirloin, coriander carrots, and campfire potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

• Elk sirloin

• Stone House Grill Rub

• 3-4 russet potatoes

• 4-5 carrots (unpeeled)

• Salad oil

• Salt and pepper

• 2 tablespoons of butter

• 4 tablespoons ground coriander

• 1/4 cup of milk
